Mental Health Counseling
iMPACT! Compassion Center offers mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families, who would like support in dealing with difficult times. Jennifer Felicitas is the main Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the organization with a combined 22 years of counseling and social work experience. She looks at the whole person, including; their childhood experiences, past trauma, relationships, family systems/family/support systems, health and wellness, lifestyle, choices, life skills, stress management, healthy outlets, communication, self-awareness, life-balance, values and beliefs, financial, self-care, and other influences. This holistic approach provides the best understanding of your needs, barriers, and goals you want to achieve through therapy, and offer the most effective outcomes.
iMPACT! Compassion Center believes in finding one’s strengths, connection between one’s thoughts, and the impact on their self-concept, feelings, choices, and well-being, and offers compassionate-style using self-reflection, self-awareness, and skill-building through therapy support.
We provide specialized support in; substance abuse, parenting, at-risk youth, domestic violence, healthy relationships, self-empowerment, life skills, trauma/abuse, career assessment, life changes, blended families, young children, decision-making, emotion-management, and connecting to community resources. We can provide art/play/puppet therapy for those dealing with abuse/trauma, healing, and expression of feelings.
